Terms of Service

Last updated: August 17, 2026. By accessing or using balatrocalc (the “Site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Service

The Site provides unofficial Balatro calculators, seed tools, save/editor utilities, guides, support resources, and optional paid feature access. We may update, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

2. Unofficial fan tool

  • balatrocalc is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LocalThunk, Playstack, or the Balatro team.
  • Balatro names, marks, and game assets belong to their respective owners.

3. Acceptable use

  • You may use the Site for personal learning, entertainment, planning, and related non-abusive use.
  • You may not attack, overload, scrape aggressively, bypass access controls, interfere with security, exploit bugs, abuse paid/free quotas, or use the Site for unlawful activity.
  • You are responsible for any content, save data, seeds, emails, or other information you submit or process through the Site.

4. Accuracy and gameplay disclaimer

Results, seed analysis, score calculations, guide content, and editor behavior may be incomplete, outdated, or affected by game version differences, browser behavior, or user input. The Site is provided for convenience and entertainment; you are responsible for decisions or outcomes based on it.

5. Paid features, subscriptions, and refunds

  • Some features may have free daily limits or require a paid plan. Current prices, limits, and feature coverage are shown at checkout or in the related product UI.
  • Monthly and yearly plans may renew automatically through PayPal until cancelled. Lifetime plans apply only to the specific feature and terms shown at purchase.
  • Payment processing is handled by third-party providers such as PayPal. Their terms and account controls also apply.
  • Paid access is tied to the email, feature key, and plan recorded during purchase or manual activation. You are responsible for entering a correct email address.
  • Refunds and billing corrections for non-AI paid features are reviewed case by case, except where a different right is required by applicable law or payment-provider rules.
  • AI Credits are separate from Seed Pro and all other memberships. AI Credit packages are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are deducted according to model usage, input and output tokens, and conversation context as shown in the AI Advisor.
  • AI Credit purchases are final and non-refundable after purchase. Before purchasing, you should use the smallest available package (currently 30 Credits) to test whether the AI Advisor meets your needs. This no-refund policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded and does not prevent correction of a verified duplicate or incorrect charge.
  • If PayPal or another payment provider later reverses, refunds, or places a dispute hold on an AI Credit payment, the related Credits may be removed. This can produce a negative balance and prevent further AI use until the payment issue or balance is resolved.
  • AI Credit deductions are rounded cumulatively to the displayed 0.1 Credit unit. If an AI request fails before a usable response or its billing cannot be verified, the Site may waive that request’s deduction.

6. AI-generated answers

  • AI answers may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inconsistent with a particular Balatro version. They are suggestions, not authoritative game calculations.
  • Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, private keys, sensitive personal information, or unlawful content to the AI Advisor.
  • Exact score calculations and deterministic tool results take priority over AI explanations.
  • Successful AI conversations may be saved to your Google account so you can revisit paid answers. You can delete individual conversations from the AI Advisor, but separate billing and anti-fraud records may be retained.

7. Accounts, access, and browser storage

The Site may not require a traditional password account, but paid access and free-use counters may rely on email lookup, provider identifiers, device identifiers, cookies, or local browser storage. Clearing browser storage may reset local preferences or free-use counters, while paid access may require re-entering the purchase email.

8. Intellectual property

The Site’s original code, text, layout, and related materials are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, resell, frame, or redistribute substantial parts of the Site without permission, except where allowed by law or open-source licenses that may apply to specific components.

9. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or load third-party services such as ads, analytics, payment providers, donation widgets, feedback forms, and external resources. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, availability, or transactions outside our control.

10. Termination and enforcement

We may block, limit, revoke, or refuse access if we believe use of the Site violates these terms, creates risk, abuses service resources, or is required by law or provider rules.

11. No warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, gameplay outcomes, or service interruptions arising from use of or inability to use the Site.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates are posted on this page and take effect when published. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
