Last updated: August 19, 2026. This policy explains how balatrocalc (“we”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit or use balatrocalc.com, including calculators, seed tools, guides, support, advertising, paid feature access, and the AI Advisor.

Information we collect

  • Usage and analytics data: we may use analytics services such as Plausible to understand page views, referrers, device/browser details, approximate region, and feature usage in aggregated form.
  • Advertising data: pages may load Google AdSense or similar ad services. These providers may use cookies, identifiers, IP address, browser data, and page context to deliver, measure, and prevent abuse of ads.
  • Payment and membership data: if you buy or activate a paid feature, we may store your email address, selected plan, feature key, payment provider, transaction or subscription identifiers, payment status, billing timestamps, checkout source, and PayPal payer details needed to confirm access. We do not receive or store your card, bank, or PayPal password details.
  • AI account, conversation, and usage data: if you use the AI Advisor, we store your Google account identifier, verified email address, optional profile name and image, saved conversation titles, your questions, AI answers, AI Credit balance, top-up records, token counts, provider request identifiers, model name, upstream cost, Credit deductions, and limited security logs. Questions and recent conversation context are sent to 302.AI and its underlying model provider to produce an answer.
  • Support and feedback data: if you contact support or submit feedback, we use the email address, message content, and related details you provide to respond and handle the request.
  • Local browser data: some tools may store settings, daily free-use counters, device identifiers, paid-feature cache, or editor state in your browser storage so the site can work without requiring a full account login.
  • Technical logs: hosting and security providers may process IP address, timestamps, requested URLs, error details, and similar logs for reliability, debugging, rate limiting, and abuse prevention.

How we use information

  • Operate calculators, seed tools, save tools, paid feature checks, and support flows.
  • Process purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, access checks, and anti-fraud controls.
  • Analyze usage, improve content, fix bugs, and maintain performance and security.
  • Show and measure ads and comply with advertising partner requirements.
  • Respond to support, legal, or safety requests.

Cookies and browser storage

We and third-party services may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies. You can block, delete, or limit these in your browser. Blocking them may affect ads, analytics, paid access checks, saved preferences, free-use counters, or editor state.

Third-party services

The site may use service providers including hosting/security providers, Plausible analytics, Google AdSense, Google Identity Services, PayPal, 302.AI and its underlying model providers, Ko-fi, Google Forms, and email/support tools. These providers process information under their own privacy policies and controls. We try to share only what is needed for the related service.

Data retention

Saved AI conversations remain associated with your Google account so you can revisit paid answers, until you delete them or we remove them under a retention, safety, legal, or service-maintenance requirement. Deleting a conversation removes its question and answer text from the Site’s active conversation database, but does not delete separate billing records or copies already processed or retained by third-party AI providers under their own policies. Payment, membership, admin, and security records may be retained longer where needed for access history, dispute handling, tax/accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. Browser storage remains on your device until you clear it or the browser removes it.

Your choices

  • Use browser controls to clear cookies/local storage or block third-party scripts.
  • Use the AI Advisor History panel to view or permanently delete individual saved conversations.
  • Use Google ad controls and browser privacy tools to limit personalized advertising where available.
  • Contact [email protected] to request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided, subject to reasonable verification and legal/operational limits.
  • You can cancel PayPal subscriptions through PayPal or by contacting support with the purchase email.

Children

balatrocalc is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no internet service is completely secure. Do not send sensitive payment credentials or passwords by email or feedback forms.

International users

The site may be operated and supported from different countries, and service providers may process information in countries other than your own.
